It gives you a clear, professional understanding of whether your books can be relied on — before you commit to cleanup work, make important decisions, or continue with dysfunctional data.
The review is designed to answer three important questions:
Can your books be relied on?
What appears structurally sound?
What needs correction, confirmation, or deeper cleanup?
For $890, you receive a written accounting Diagnostic Review report plus a 30-minute walkthrough. In this personal, professional consultation, I will explain the findings clearly, answer your questions, and discuss the most sensible next steps.
No changes are made to your QuickBooks Online file as part of the diagnostic review.
Prepared personally by an experienced QBO professional ProAdviser with an accounting background and a specialty in cleanup and troubleshooting.

What the Review Covers
The review looks at your:
- Trial Balance
- Balance Sheet
- Profit & Loss
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable aging reports, where applicable
- Payroll summaries or payroll liability reports, where relevant
The purpose is not simply to identify problems — it is also to show you what is working properly and where the books appear structurally sound.

- A written Accounting Diagnostic Review report
- A personal 30-minute Zoom walkthrough with me
The Zoom walkthrough is an important part of the service. You will not simply receive a report and be left to interpret it on your own. We will go through the findings together so you understand what is working, what needs attention, how serious the issues are, and what the most sensible next step would be.
This is a professional consultation, not a sales call.
How It Works
1. Request the Review Click the button below and complete a short intake form about your business and the period you would like reviewed.
2. Receive Your Invoice and Report Instructions You will receive an invoice for the Accounting Diagnostic Review and clear instructions for exporting the required reports from QuickBooks Online. The cost is $890.
3. Send Your Reports Send your Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and AR/AP or payroll reports where applicable. If generating reports is difficult, you may provide temporary QBO Accountant access instead.
4. Receive Your Written Diagnostic Report I will review your reports carefully and prepare your written Books Doctor™ – Accounting Diagnostic Review.
5. Meet for Your Personal Zoom Walkthrough Once the report is ready, we will schedule your 30-minute Zoom. We will review the findings together, answer your questions, and discuss sensible next steps.
What Is Not Included
The Accounting Diagnostic Review does not include bookkeeping cleanup, corrections inside QuickBooks Online, journal entries, tax advice, reconciliation reconstruction, transaction-level investigation, or pricing for cleanup work.
If cleanup is needed, it is discussed separately after the diagnostic review.
This review is based on the financial reports provided. It does not include direct inspection of reconciliation history, transaction-level workflows, or posting behaviour within QuickBooks Online.
